Mandarin Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves a dynamic approach to problem-solving, ensuring the smooth operation of software platforms that support critical business functions. You will collaborate with different teams to maintain system reliability and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. - Document findings and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Mandarin Chinese Language. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. - Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interactions. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with tools and techniques for monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise software environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - This position is based at our Manila office.
