REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Having at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay and/or Invoice Management.
Having experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) business process is a big advantage.
Knowledgeable in financial software and ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud or SAP.
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Manage daily financial transactions and ensure the timely processing, validation, and posting of supplier invoices.
Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipts (GRs) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies while handling inquiries from complex suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline invoice processing, enhance operational efficiency, and improve financial workflows.
