This is a European company that extended its operation in the Philippines to support the distribution, marketing, and sales of its products across the country. They are looking for a Mandarin Bilingual who can support their company.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino's and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in English and Mandarin.
Bachelor's Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, and other related courses.
Open for Fresh graduates.
Having experience in Financial reporting is a plus.
Knowledgeable in general accounting principles. (intercompany, fixed assets, inventories, leases, receivables/payables, accruals).
Knowledgeable in SAP, IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), Tax, and SOX Compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Analyze and prepare monthly accounting entries, including accruals, reclassifications, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles.
Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with the company's accounting policies, procedures, and agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with market teams to support statutory audits and the preparation of financial statements and disclosures, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
Identify and escalate control failures, ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented, and coordinate with market and factory accountants, controllers, and relevant departments to deliver reliable and relevant accounting information.
Provide accounting support to other Global Business groups within the assigned area of responsibility, participate in local and global projects as assigned by the Team Manager and subject matter experts, and continuously enhance knowledge of SAP, accounting, taxation, and business processes to maintain a high level of professionalism.
