Role Description

The Mandarin - Account Manager (Chinese Student/Fresh Grad) is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, particularly with Mandarin-speaking clients. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their business goals, translating these needs into clear digital marketing strategies, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure objectives are met. The role involves preparing reports, presentations, and proposals, as well as collaborating closely with internal marketing and design teams to deliver high-quality campaigns. The Account Manager will handle client inquiries, provide timely updates, and support project planning and execution from briefing through to completion. This position also includes maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with market research focused on Chinese-speaking markets, and contributing to continuous improvement of account management processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin, Tagalog and English, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple accounts or projects.
  • Interest or background in digital marketing, advertising, or social media, with basic understanding of online marketing concepts and platforms.
  • Client service mindset, including problem-solving ability, responsiveness, and a collaborative approach to meeting client needs.
  • Currently a student or recent graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Manila and to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email, messaging platforms).
