Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
Hire and develop best-in-market Filipino talent, to ensure there is a pipeline of succession for the business moving forward.
Bring a fresh approach to marketing, driving innovation and growth.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance across all departments.
Manage budgets and allocate resources to align with business priorities.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Implement best practices, processes and continuous improvement within the organisation.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

A strong background in a consumer driven organisation FMCG, consumer healthcare, retail, telco, F&B
Background in strategic marketing, innovation and commercial transformation
Experience leading multiple functions including developing, retaining and promoting top talents internally
Excellent commercial acumen and an understanding of which levers are driving business performance, both short and long term
High EQ - ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
High AQ - grit, ownership, adaptability and the ability overcome setbacks
