Your Role And Responsibilities
As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your Primary Responsibilities Include
- Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions across key master data domains, ensuring scalable governance processes, data quality, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Team Delivery Leadership: Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP experts to deliver MDG implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production support while mentoring team members and leading design workshops.
- Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Translate business requirements into SAP MDG solutions, support business development activities, drive continuous improvement, and provide trusted advisory services using SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent to achieve high-quality business outcomes.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP MDG with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect.
- SAP Process knowledge: Experience with SAP MDG processes, data modeling, governance processes, validations, derivations, duplicate check frameworks, workflow including approval processes and change request management.
- SAP Technical & Functional knowledge: Experience working with BRF+ for business rules and workflow decision logic. Functional expertise in one or more master data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, or Finance. Ability to prepare functional specifications and collaborate effectively with ABAP and workflow developers.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC master data processes, integration and its application in client environments & with Artificial Intelligence models and their use in SAP implementation.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- SAP Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or equivalent SAP certification is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with SAP Fiori applications for MDG, knowledge of SAP Business Workflow, SAP BTP, and integration technologies is an advantage.
- Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
