Your Role And Responsibilities

As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Lead the technical design, development, implementation, and support of SAP Finance & BPC solutions, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and SAP BW data integration, to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions that meet client needs.
• Team Delivery Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and SAP experts to deliver SAP Finance & BPC enhancements, incident resolution, testing, upgrades, deployments, and ongoing system support on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Drive strategy development and solution implementation by gathering business requirements, enhancing Finance & BPC models and business rules, optimizing data integration and performance, resolving data reconciliation issues, and maintaining technical and functional documentation while leveraging SAP expertise and industry best practices.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP Finance & BPC with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect.
• SAP Process knowledge: Experience with SAP Finance & BPC processes and workflows; experience supporting SAP BPC (Microsoft and/or NetWeaver version, depending on your environment), strong understanding of BPC business rules, script logic, data manager packages, and reporting. Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments & with Artificial Intelligence models and their use in SAP implementation.

• SAP Certifications: SAP Finance, BPC and/or SAP BW certification is desirable.
• SAP Technical skill: Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning or Group Reporting is an advantage. Knowledge of ABAP debugging or BW enhancements is a plus.
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA integration is an advantage.
• Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.
