Your Role And Responsibilities
As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include
- Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs, including SAP Fieldglass Services Procurement, Resource Worker processes, integrations, and scalable support solutions.
- Team Delivery Leadership: Lead and manage high-performing teams of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, within budget, and with quality while collaborating with business users, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues, support releases, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Drive strategy development and solution implementation by leveraging SAP expertise to provide SAP Fieldglass support, configuration, incident management, integrations, functional specifications, testing, documentation, and process optimization to enhance business outcomes and system stability.

- Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP Fieldglass including templates, forms, workflows, messaging, business rules, connector setup & master data integration with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect.
- SAP Process knowledge: Experience with SAP Fieldglass processes and workflow including Services Procurement processes and Resource Worker management. Experience in integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors (SF/CORE), SAP CPI (Cloud Integration), ABAP-based integrations & APIs and middleware
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments & with Artificial Intelligence models and their use in SAP implementation.
- SAP Certifications: SAP Fieldglass certification is preferred.
- Technical & functional skills: Working knowledge of ABAP to effectively collaborate with technical teams and support custom developments. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite is an advantage
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ITIL service management, and DevOps practices.
- Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams
- SAP Knowledge: Experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP environments with complex integration landscapes and high transaction volumes.
