About Inspire Brands:

Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The company's technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company's business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

PMO Manager:

  • 8–12 years of project/program management experience, including 3–5 years managing team of Project/Program Managers.
  • Deep understanding of agile delivery at program/portfolio level.
  • Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across products, platforms, and teams.
  • Excellent risk management, financial acumen, and executive communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and elevate PMs/Program Managers while staying actively involved in execution.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing PMO team, setting clear goals, driving accountability, and enabling career growth.
  • Deep understanding of the technology project lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and operational transition.

Preferred:

  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience with enterprise portfolio and delivery tools (e.g., ServiceNow PPM, Clarity,
  • Jira/Confluence).
  • Background in technology organizations with capital and operational project funding.
  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations managing concurrent initiatives.

Success in This Role:

  • Direct reports (PMs and Program Managers) consistently deliver projects on time, on
  • budget, and with intended outcomes.
  • The PMO is seen as a hands-on delivery partner, not just a reporting function.
  • Executives and stakeholders trust PMO reporting because it is grounded in real
  • delivery engagement, not just status aggregation.
  • The PMO team grows in maturity, capability, and delivery discipline under strong
  • leadership and coaching.
