Manager, Technical Operations, gTech Ads Tools, Automation and Infrastructure

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience in people management.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
• 8 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
• 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 8 years of experience in operations management (i.e. process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc).
• 8 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems/commands.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into highly automated, scalable digital workflows that eliminate operational friction.
• Oversee the continuous evolution of advanced intake systems, intelligent routing, and support configurations used by thousands of global agents.
• Collaborate with product and business leadership to align core operational engines with broader AI-driven automation goals.
• Maintain critical infrastructure while optimizing systems to accelerate speed-to-market and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
• Foster a culture of innovation within your team to ensure our systems deliver the stability required for a proactive, seamless customer experience.
