Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager/Sr Manager - MIS, Analytics & Governance, based in Metro Manila. Looking for a highly analytical and process-driven professional with strong expertise in MIS reporting, dashboards, HRMS platforms, workforce analytics, reporting automation, governance tracking, and business analytics across operations and support functions.The candidate will oversee data management systems, develop actionable insights through analytics, and implement governance protocols. Responsibilities include generating and analyzing reports, ensuring data integrity, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and facilitating decision-making with a focus on efficiency and compliance. Additionally, the role involves managing a team, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting organizational goals through effective information systems and governance strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Analytics, Statistics, and Business Intelligence tools
• Technology and Software proficiency, including Excel, SQL, and Data Visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI HRMS platforms would be added advantage
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide teams and meet project objectives
• Strong with numbers, reports, dashboards, and large data sets
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are highly desirable
• Experience in the healthcare industry, revenue cycle management, or related fields is an advantage
