Manager, Shopping Concourse Operations

• Manage tenant operations and ensure compliance with standards
• Monitor performance, analyze revenue trends, and support growth initiatives
• Assist in budget planning, tracking, and financial analysis
• Handle tenant concerns and coordinate solutions across departments
• Oversee store openings, fit-outs, renovations, and closures
• Improve processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare reports and provide insights to support key decisions
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and support tenants throughout their lifecycle
• Ensure the proper execution of various ad hoc duties related to The Shoppes at Solaire and Tenants

Qualifications:

• Must have relevant work experience in Retail - Luxury brands
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
