Role Summary:

We are looking for an SEO Manager to drive organic traffic, leads, and revenue growth for a category at Simplilearn. The role involves SEO strategy, performance tracking, local SEO, competitor analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SEO strategy for a business category and drive organic revenue growth.
• Develop local SEO strategies to improve traffic and Google Maps visibility.
• Define quarterly SEO targets, KPIs, and roadmap.
• Analyze website traffic, leads, rankings, and SEO performance.
• Identify new opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, and Marketing teams on growth initiatives.
• Conduct competitor research, benchmarking, and performance analysis.
• Monitor search algorithm updates and implement SEO best practices.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Experience managing SEO for product/service pages.
• Strong experience in Local SEO.
• Good understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and site architecture.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
