Manager/Senior Manager (Marriage & Parenthood Policy)

What The Role Is

The Marriage and Parenthood Policy Directorate drives and co-ordinates whole-of-government efforts to encourage and support Singaporeans in fulfilling their marriage and parenthood (M&P) aspirations.

What You Will Be Working On

Your key duties/deliverables include:

• Undertaking research and analysis relating to M&P trends and emerging challenges (in the Singapore and international contexts)
• Formulating and reviewing policies to support M&P, consulting and working with diverse stakeholders within and outside the public sector
• Working through operational details with relevant agencies to ensure the smooth roll-out and implementation of policies
• Develop innovative public communications to enhance our strategic messaging and foster a more family-friendly environment in Singapore
