Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
- Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Social Media and Data Insights
- Leverage social media analytics to inform campaigns, measure impact, and optimize engagement
- Identify emerging trends and platforms to keep the brand relevant and competitive
Organizational and Cultural Communications
- Design communication frameworks that strengthen internal culture and employee engagement
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to align messaging with organizational values
Creative and Analytical Execution
- Lead the creation of innovative campaigns that blend storytelling with data-driven insights
- Oversee content development across digital, print, and experiential platforms
Team and Stakeholder Management
- Mentor and manage a communications team, fostering creativity and accountability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, executive leadership, and other teams to ensure alignment
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in social media data literacy, with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable strategies
- Strong background in culture and organizational communications, with experience in shaping internal and external narratives
- Demonstrated creative and analytical thinking skills, balancing innovation with measurable outcomes
- Track record as a brand strategist, with success in building and evolving brand identity
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a people-oriented leader who thrives in collaborative environments
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree a plus
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
