Position  

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager / Senior Manager – Client Servicing & Business Growth who can effectively manage client relationships, drive business growth, lead project execution, and ensure commercial success. 

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, business acumen, project management expertise, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships while delivering exceptional event experiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Client Relationship Management 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients from project briefing through closure and invoicing. 
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. 
  • Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and business requirements to deliver customized event solutions. 
  • Proactively manage client expectations, feedback, and escalations. 
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen strategic client partnerships. 

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth 

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and proactive outreach. 
  • Develop and expand relationships across Corporate, MNC, GCC, Startup, and SME segments. 
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and commercial solutions in collaboration with internal teams. 
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling of EUR services. 
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. 

3. Project Management & Coordination 

  • Lead projects from client brief, concept development, and proposal stage through execution and closure. 
  • Coordinate with Concept, Content, Creative, Production, Operations, Accounts, and Vendor teams to ensure seamless delivery. 
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communication. 
  • Ensure all projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, creativity, and operational excellence. 
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or challenges. 

4. Commercial & Profitability Control 

  • Participate in costing strategy discussions and commercial planning. 
  • Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and targeted profit margins. 
  • Manage project estimates, budgets, vendor negotiations, and commercial approvals. 
  • Monitor project profitability, invoicing, collections, and financial closures. 
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, project trackers, and CRM updates. 

5. Team Leadership & Process Excellence 

  • Mentor and support junior Client Servicing team members. 
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, ownership, and customer-centricity. 
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes, reporting structures, and project management standards. 
  • Conduct periodic project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvements. 
  • Contribute towards building a high-performance and growth-oriented team culture.

  • Proven experience in managing corporate clients and large-scale events. 
  • Sound understanding of event production, creative processes, and project execution. 
  • Strong commercial awareness and profitability mindset. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized. 
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. 

Educational Qualification 

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or related field. 
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
