Manager - Project Management

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Works under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods in project management
• Ensures delivery of IT-related projects within the budget and schedule satisfying business requirements
• Assesses problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem
• Monitors project deliverables and develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
• Sets priorities, develops a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, activities of the project.
• Works cooperatively and effectively with others, within and outside the organization, to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Displays a high level of professionalism and integrity.

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business
• Experience in ITIL, CNE, CCNA, Related IT & Management Type certification would be advantages.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Project Management experience
• Casino, Hotel, Finance, F&B, BOH Admin experience
• Understanding of IT organization & functional structure and staffing patterns in an Integrated Resort Environment
