Job Summary

This job involves managing vital project management operations and supervising a team to fulfill organizational objectives. It requires effective coordination with internal and external parties to ensure project success and adherence to business strategies. The role is crucial for creating project plans, allocating resources, and leading project managers, ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Collaborating with managers to define project implementation guidelines and resource allocation plans
• Managing key projects, reporting progress, tracking delays, and making necessary adjustments for success
• Determining staffing needs for corporate projects and overseeing the recruitment process
• Conducting interviews, hiring, and facilitating training of new employees for project tasks
• Managing development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Negotiating, administering, and monitoring contracts with external service providers and contractors
• Adapting project management strategies to address operational challenges and resource constraints
• Providing subject matter guidance and developing performance standards for project management teams
• Ensuring compliance with project management standards and best practices across project teams
• Facilitating cross-functional team collaboration to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of strong leadership experience in the telecommunications industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills. Experience in Smartsheet is an advantage.
• Must have strong coaching, conflict resolution, and change management experience.
• Able to work in a hybrid work setup, working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote arrangement weekly.
• Able to work in the night shift work schedule
• Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
