Manager PMO

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager PMO to lead and optimize project management processes, methodologies, and tools across Cyient, Inc. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient project delivery, resource allocation, and adherence to strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Develop, implement, and maintain PMO processes, standards, and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
* Oversee a portfolio of projects, providing guidance and support to project managers, and ensuring consistent application of project management methodologies.
* Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
* Develop and manage resource allocation strategies across projects, optimizing utilization and identifying potential bottlenecks.
* Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for project and PMO performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
* Manage and mentor a team of project managers and PMO staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
* Evaluate and recommend project management tools and technologies to enhance PMO efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years in a PMO management role.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and portfolios of projects.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement PMO processes, policies, and procedures.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) and strong analytical skills.
* Experience in the engineering or technology services industry is highly desirable.
