Role Description: The People Operations Manager will provide high level of technical expertise and advise to members of management. This role involves management responsibility for a team of people partners in the location. With expertise in the local market, this role shall provide guidance and act as a subject matter expert on local laws, regulations and key people related initiatives that align with business objectives. The successful candidate is expected to deliver people analytics, interpret results and apply complex information to influence key business decisions. This role shall lead high impact cross-functional projects and initiatives to achieve optimal results for the business and its people.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR operations and people management, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR compliance standards.
  • Strong skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and using HRIS or related systems to support decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a large, matrixed, or multinational organization, ideally within logistics, transportation, or related industries.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, demonstrating self-management, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusion, and safety aligned with FedEx values.
