What You'll Do:

  • Develop tools, templates, and documentation to support organizational design reviews, job architecture updates, competency mapping, and workforce planning.
  • Conduct data gathering and analysis to provide insights for organizational structure discussions, role clarity, and workforce planning decisions.
  • Maintain and govern a centralized repository for job descriptions, competency frameworks, and workforce planning materials, ensuring version control and system alignment.
  • Support talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, internal mobility, and development planning while ensuring governance and timelines.
  • Analyze succession readiness, development plan progress, and internal mobility metrics to generate insights for talent reviews and leadership decision-making.
  • Implement leadership development programs end-to-end, including learning design, materials development, vendor coordination, facilitation support, and program logistics.
  • Manage reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder coordination across HRBPs, leaders, and external partners to monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • At least 4 years experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related HR fields.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating leadership programs, talent processes, or similar HR initiatives.
  • Experience in analyzing data, preparing reports, and managing program documentation.
  • Experience working with HR systems or learning platforms is an advantage.
