N-able is looking for a Manager of MSS Operations to join us on the journey of growth! Our vision is to enable the digital evolution of small and medium size businesses. We believe that by putting our people, partners, and products first that we will be able to continue the growth of our business.
The N-able team is looking someoneto lead the company's Adlumin MSS service delivery to our customers. This is a critical role, which is focused onoverseeing our MSS service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the CVM policies, procedures, and processes.
- Oversee the CVM scanning and remediation activities.
- Report on the CVM program's effectiveness.
- Work with other departments within the MSSP to ensure that the CVM program is aligned with the organization's overall security goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the CVM program.
- Train and mentor other members of the CVM team.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of related of patch management experience required
- Hands-on experience with Qualys Query Language Preferred
- Knowledge of vulnerability management processes including remediation planning
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and networking environments.
- Good Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 protocol suite
- Ability to clearly communicate Information Security matters to executives, auditors, end users, and engineers, using appropriate language, examples, and tone
- Ability to quickly understand systems to identify and validate security requirements
- Understands security problems as a balance of both security and business needs
- Demonstrated logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritization in support of teamwork goals
- Demonstrated high level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactively pursues professional growth
- Strong analytical skills, documentation skills and awareness of change management
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Possesses a strong collaborative mindset, able to function as a contributing member of the team
- Ability to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner
