Sales Strategy & Revenue Delivery
1.Develop and implement region-specific sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual gaming revenue targets for the Clark market.
2.Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to address gaps or capitalize on opportunities.
3.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Clark, including partnerships with local corporations, hotels, and tourism boards to drive cross-promotional traffic.
Localized Marketing Initiatives
1.Design and execute Clark-focused marketing campaigns to boost foot traffic, client acquisition, and repeat visits - e.g., seasonal promotions tied to Clark's festivals, corporate client appreciation events, or VIP exclusive nights.
2.Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collaterals. Leverage Clark's geographic advantages to create targeted campaigns for out-of-town visitors.
VIP Client & Loyalty Program Management
1.Build and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients in the Clark region, including regular check-ins, personalized service coordination, and proactive outreach to prevent churn.
2.Oversee the execution of Casino Plus loyalty program for Clark-based members, optimizing participation rates and redemption of non-gaming benefits. Gather client feedback to refine loyalty offerings and ensure alignment with Clark clients preferences.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
1.Manage a team of 35 sales executives and marketing coordinators, including setting performance goals, providing ongoing training, and conducting regular performance reviews.
2.Collaborate cross-functionally with casino operations, finance to ensure seamless execution of sales/marketing initiatives
3.Lead weekly sales/marketing meetings to align the team on Clark-specific priorities, share competitor updates, and celebrate wins.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
1.Conduct regular research on Clark's gaming competitors to track their sales tactics, marketing campaigns, and loyalty program offerings.
2.Analyze Clark's demographic and economic trends to identify emerging client segments and adjust strategies accordingly.
3.Prepare monthly market reports for the Director of Sales & Marketing, highlighting key insights, challenges, and recommendations for the Clark region.
