Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role is responsible for leading HR activities for a dedicated business unit and driving impactful people strategies. As an HR Manager / HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to the business, owning end-to-end HR support and leading a local HR team. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, strengthening leadership capability, and driving business performance through people.

About the job:

  • Lead, coach, and develop an HR team, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and continuous development

  • Act as the primary HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals

  • Drive key HR processes, including talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives

  • Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration discussions

  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational design

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring balanced, compliant, and practical solutions

  • Drive a strong culture and engagement agenda, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

  • Support Compensation & Benefits activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking, and reward decisions

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (TA, C&B, Talent Management) to implement global and regional programs

  • Use ODS and HR systems to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the business

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reporting

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes, increasing efficiency and employee experience

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies

  • Support audits, reporting, and governance requirements

  • Lead or contribute to HR projects and change initiatives within the organization

About You:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment with solid exposure to multiple HR areas (employee relations, talent management, recruitment, and HR operations)

  • Proven people management experience, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team

  • Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, including salary benchmarking, reward structures, and supporting compensation decisions

  • Experience working with ODS or similar data/reporting systems, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Comfortable using HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and advanced MS Office tools for reporting and analysis

  • Strong business partnering mindset †able to influence leaders, challenge decisions, and provide practical HR solutions

  • Solid experience handling complex employee relations cases with professionalism and sound judgment

  • Good understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels of the organization

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality

  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing both projects and day-to-day HR activities
