Role Description The Manager for Service Provider Relations and Contract Compliance is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao. This role is responsible for managing relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring that contractual terms, service level agreements, and performance standards are clearly defined, understood, and met. The manager will oversee contract drafting, review, negotiation, and renewal, working closely with legal, procurement, operations, and finance teams to align agreements with company policies and business objectives. On a day-to-day basis, the role will monitor vendor performance, track compliance metrics, conduct audits and evaluations, and initiate corrective actions when service gaps or contract deviations occur. The manager will also maintain accurate records and documentation, prepare regular reports for leadership, support risk management initiatives, and recommend process improvements to strengthen governance, cost efficiency, and long-term partner relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong contract management and compliance skills, including experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring service contracts and service level agreements.
  • Vendor and stakeholder management capabilities, including relationship-building, performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret contractual terms, assess risks, analyze performance data, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.
  • Solid knowledge of business operations, preferably in agriculture, supply chain, logistics, or export environments, with familiarity in regulatory and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly in written reports and discussions with internal and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic business systems (e.g., contract management or ERP tools) to support monitoring, documentation, and reporting activities.
