Job Description

Job Function:

Responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance and management of administrative and engineering operation for the store and building facility (stand-alone / stores with mall).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general maintenance and engineering
  • Lead construction and renovation
  • Facilitate vendor management
  • Manage tenant relation and coordination

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), preferably Licensed
  • At least three (3) years or work experience in Property/Building/Facilities Management
  • Knowledgeable in Building and Equipment Maintenance Methods, Operating Requirements, Safety Precautions and Construction Operations
