Create digital recruitment strategies in close collaboration with the Recruitment Marketing Team
Conceptualize, create and schedule (together with Social Media Specialist) engaging content in collaboration with your Brand and Communications colleagues.
Track and analyze KPIs to measure performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage dashboards and reporting to keep leadership informed of campaign impact.
Support the rollout of brand marketing and external communications campaigns across digital platforms.
Stay ahead of trends and propose innovative digital tactics (new formats, emerging platforms).
Ensure consistency in tone, look, and feel across all digital touchpoints.
Will deliver the following:
Monthly analytics report for leadership (KPIs, insights, recommendations).
Content calendar for digital channels, integrated with brand and internal campaigns.
Performance-optimized campaigns (SEO updates, social posts, ad campaigns).
Audience insights (who engages, on which channels, and why).
COMPETENCIES
Core Competencies
8+ years experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Strong knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Drupal, Webflow).
Familiarity with SEO/SEM practices and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to make web updates and optimize landing pages with light coding (formatting, embedding videos, fixing simple errors, creating pages, posting and updating copy, swapping visuals).
