Nava is building next-generation AI and GPU infrastructure platforms across APAC. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a high-performing professional to drive data center real estate strategy, site selection, acquisitions, and colocation partnerships across the region.
This role sits at the intersection of real estate, infrastructure, strategy, and commercial operations and will play a key role in enabling Nava's long-term capacity growth.
What You'll DoSite Selection & Acquisition
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for data center deployments across APAC
- Conduct feasibility studies and location assessments
- Analyze key parameters including power availability, connectivity, land availability, and regulatory considerations
- Support acquisition and leasing decisions
Data Center Real Estate Strategy
- Develop market intelligence and location strategies
- Assess market supply-demand dynamics and capacity availability
- Monitor emerging markets and infrastructure trends
- Support long-term expansion planning
Colocation & Partner Management
- Evaluate colocation providers and capacity options
- Support RFI and RFP processes
- Participate in commercial negotiations and lease discussions
- Manage relationships with developers, brokers, landlords, and operators
Due Diligence & Analytics
- Conduct primary and secondary research
- Support financial modelling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
- Prepare investment recommendations and executive presentations
- Perform risk assessments and scenario analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with infrastructure, supply chain, engineering, finance, and legal teams
- Support strategic customer opportunities and expansion projects
- Drive multiple projects simultaneously across geographies
