Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Review of Ocean Tanker's Corporation (OTC) SMS to align and improve crew related processes and tasks
2. Aid in the decision-making activities of OTC management to ensure that operational requirements are aligned with mandatory manning compliance
3. Ensure regulatory compliance to maintain adherence to mandated rules and regulations
4. Conduct vessel visits to check crew welfare, inspect crew documents, and conduct in-house training
5. Monitor training needs analysis to continuously develop the competence of OTC's crew Monitor crew performance
6. Address and resolve issues concerning crew in coordination with OTC MANCOM
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation/Engineering At least OIC-NW/EW
2. Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience and at least two (2) years of people management experience
3. Must have excellent communication skills Must have good problem solving and time management skills
4. Amenable to do field work
