KEY OBJECTIVES:
Serves as the critical link between high-level human resources strategy and daily operational execution. This is designed for a technical, detail-oriented professional who excels at managing the systems and services that define the employee experience—from the moment a staff member is hired.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Analytics, or related; MBA or master's in HR/Analytics preferred.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bring over 2 years of experience in HR leadership, partnering with stakeholders to deliver people initiatives and support business priorities.
- Demonstrate advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, leveraging VBA macros, Power Query, complex data modeling, and dynamic dashboards to streamline reporting and enable data-driven decisions.
- Have hands-on experience managing core HR systems such as HRIS, LMS, payroll, and performance management tools, ensuring accurate data capture and smooth end-to-end processes.
- Offer strong expertise in HR MIS architecture and enterprise analytics frameworks, translating workforce data into actionable insights across attrition, engagement, and learning metrics.
- Lead HR data governance initiatives to strengthen compliance and reduce risk, establishing controls and practices that protect sensitive employee information and improve data quality.
- Contribute to digital transformation by driving automation and supporting the adoption of AI/ML-enabled HR analytics, improving the speed, consistency, and usefulness of people reporting.
- Manage large-scale payroll operations by coordinating inputs, validating exceptions, and ensuring on-time and accurate processing while responding to employee and stakeholder inquiries.
- Provide dependable administrative support, including document coordination, calendar management, and end-to-end travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution of business needs.
- Bring working knowledge of employee and labor relations, supporting case management, policy interpretation, and issue resolution aligned with company standards and local requirements.
- Operate effectively as an HR Generalist, delivering end-to-end employee lifecycle support and collaborating across HR functions to meet business and employee needs.
- Provide strategic, data-backed insights to HR leadership and executives, helping shape workforce decisions, prioritize initiatives, and monitor outcomes against targets.
- Develop succession planning and capability-building frameworks that identify critical roles, assess readiness, and strengthen pipelines through targeted development actions.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)
- HR Certified Professional
- Executive HRIS certifications (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)
- HR analytics or people analytics advanced certifications
- Enterprise architecture or HRIS strategy certifications
- Leadership or Six Sigma/continuous improvement certifications
