Overview
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Manager – Training & Education will lead and supervise a team in executing end-to-end business training initiatives across the organization. This role combines strategic stakeholder collaboration with hands-on team leadership, capability building, and project management. The Manager will serve as the primary bridge between distributor leadership and the operational training team, driving scalable, impactful learning programs that strengthen the distributor community and the broader sales ecosystem.The incumbent will play a critical role in enhancing training effectiveness by supporting the rollout of SOPs, maintaining robust training MIS and content repositories, and ensuring smooth execution of key events and learning programs. Additionally, the role will support digital learning transformation initiatives along with other roll-out of key projects through effective utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and technology-driven solutions, thereby improving accessibility, reach, and learning efficiency for Associates and stakeholders. Overall, the role will help strengthen operational excellence, training consistency, and learner engagement across the organization.
Role At a Glance
- The Manager – Training & Education will be responsible for executing end-to-end business training and education initiatives across the organization. This role combines strategic stakeholder collaboration with hands-on team leadership, capability building, and project management.
- Business Training Support : Liaise with regional teams and identify the Training Gaps.
- Ensure smooth collaboration cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of national and regional training events.
- Champion the development of scalable learning solutions and standardized frameworks that improve knowledge dissemination across the distributor and associate community.
- Oversee the quality and consistency of all business training content, presentations, learning aids, and communication materials produced by the team.
- Own and manage end-to-end rollout of key training and education projects that support the distributor community and national sales initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation and adoption of training SOPs, operational processes, and digital learning platforms along with roll-out of company led projects during the calendar year that involve greater inter-departmental collaboration.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of training MIS, learning records, training calendars, content repositories, and video libraries on platforms such as myherbalife.com.
- Content management -Coordinate with Teams to ensure that all presentations, infographics, learning aids, and communication materials are up-to date. Support the creation of engaging and scalable learning solutions to improve training reach, participation, and effectiveness
- Monitor training feedback, participation metrics, and reporting dashboards to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications For Success
Education
- Graduate / Postgraduate with specialization or strong background in Training & Education,
- Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 10- 12 years of relevant experience in training coordination, learning operations, event support, or education management.
Skills/Certifications
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of training operations and learning processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in presentation development, MIS reporting, and content coordination.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and LMS tools will be an added advantage.
