Job Description


The AI Governance PMO Coordinator will support the operational and administrative functions of the AI Governance Program. This role is essential for ensuring that governance processes are implemented efficiently and effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:


Operational Support

  • Assist in the execution of the AI Governance framework, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the AI Governance PMO, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.


Documentation Management

  • Maintain comprehensive records of AI governance policies, procedures, and compliance documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.


Data Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor and track KPIs related to AI governance initiatives.
  • Compile data and generate reports on program performance and compliance status.


Stakeholder Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between various departments involved in AI governance.
  • Organize and document meetings, including agendas and minutes, to ensure clear communication and follow-up.


Training and Awareness Support

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for employees on AI governance principles.
  • Help coordinate awareness campaigns to promote ethical AI practices within the organization.


Risk Management Assistance

  • Support the identification and documentation of risks associated with AI initiatives.
  • Maintain risk assessment records and assist in the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.


Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders on governance processes and practices.
  • Assist in the review and updating of governance documentation and procedures as needed.


RequiredQualifications/Skills/Abilities:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Compliance).
  • 2-4 years of experience in operational support, project management, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and governance practices is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in data tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, project management software).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in policies and procedures.
  • Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
