I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. COMMERCIAL AND MARKETING SUPPORT
a. Demonstrates participation in conceptualizing strategic vision for the total Okada Manila brand and manages the Annual Brand Plan set by the team lead and Division Head.
b. Monitor the adherence of internal and external stakeholders to the brand guidelines.
c. Supports the immediate superior to effectively deploy information about the brand direction and business objectives and set expectations between the branding team, business units, and third-party agency.
d. Manages and coordinates with the vendor and ad agency suppliers to update and track the status of outsourced projects, ensuring that all planned programs are implemented on the agreed timeline and budget.
2. LEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
a. Create and communicate the vision to a designated team member. Provide the knowledge and information about the key brand objective. Monitor the day-to-day task of a team member to ensure that business goals and deliverables are met.
b. Helps develop and improve team members oneself through regular coaching and mentoring. Equally, sharing knowledge in two ways to progress team performance.
1. INTERNAL SERVICE AND COLLABORATION
a. Supports the immediate superior by representing the team in internal and external business meetings and engagements with other stakeholders.
b. Leads the conceptualization, production, and execution of branding projects in collaboration with the CMC, HR, Business Units, Corporate Planning, and Third-party vendors to ensure that the deliverables for branding the total property.
c. Initiate systematic cascade of project brief/ClickUp, Ringi necessary for project management.
d. Spearheads and monitors subordinates in all administrative procedures necessary to implement programs such as creative job orders, vendor protocol, security permit processes, etc.
e. Maintains proper decorum, good grooming, and decent business attire to uphold the company's good image.
