Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager and Financial Advisor located in Cebu. The Manager and Financial Advisor will be responsible for leading and managing a team, providing financial advice, and assisting clients in creating and achieving personalized financial goals. Responsibilities include offering comprehensive financial planning, analyzing financial portfolios, managing investments, and building client relationships. Additionally, the role involves identifying new client opportunities and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial advising, investment management, and financial planning
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and team members
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills to assess financial portfolios and develop individualized strategies
  • Proficiency in financial tools, software, and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or other finance-related credentials are an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound financial recommendations
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance standards
