About The Role
The Accounting Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This position leads a team to deliver timely and compliant financial information while maintaining high standards of process adherence and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Financial reporting
- Month-end closing activities
- Statutory reporting and compliance support
- Lead the team in achieving defined SLAs and adherence to SOPs
What You Will Need
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and statutory compliance
- Experience working in a Finance Shared Service Center is an advantage but not required
- Good knowledge of financial systems and strong computer literacy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to new systems, processes, and procedures
- Strong drive for continuous improvement
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Leadership and team management skills
