  • Engage with students and parents directly and professionally at every touchpoint

What You Will Gain

This role gives you early, hands-on exposure to both operations and people management. Specifically, you will build:

  • Practical experience running a live service operation - enrolment, scheduling, fee processing, and parent communications

  • Direct people management experience coordinating a small team from early in your career

  • Confidence communicating professionally across walk-in, phone, and written channels

  • A defined career track toward Centre Manager - progression is performance-driven

  • Follows through on tasks without needing to be reminded

  • Communicates clearly and stays composed when handling parent concerns or operational issues

  • Comfortable working directly with children and families on a daily basis

  • Takes initiative to fix problems rather than waiting to be directed

  • At ease taking the lead - able to guide and coordinate a small team with confidence and maturity

What You Can Expect

We offer a working environment built on trust, stability, and genuine development opportunities.

  • A close-knit team that works hard, communicates openly, and supports each other

  • Real autonomy - you will be trusted to manage your responsibilities without being micromanaged

  • Meaningful work that directly impacts the learning experience of students and the confidence of their families

  • Genuine career growth within an expanding organisation, with increasing responsibility as you demonstrate readiness
