The Management Trainee Program (Retail Banking) is an accelerated leadership development program designed to prepare future Branch Heads and Retail Banking leaders. Through structured training, hands-on branch exposure, and mentorship from experienced banking professionals, you'll develop the sales, business development, branch operations, and people management skills needed to drive business growth and lead high-performing teams.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Management Trainee, you will:
- Participate in a structured leadership development journey designed to prepare you for branch leadership roles.
- Gain hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Learn the fundamentals of branch operations, service delivery, and business performance management.
- Work alongside branch leaders and experienced mentors to develop your leadership capabilities.
- Contribute to initiatives that support business growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who possess both strong academic achievements and leadership potential:
- Bachelor's degree holder with strong academic performance.
- Latin honors, academic awards, distinctions, or other notable achievements are an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through student organizations, projects, committees, athletics, volunteer work, or other extracurricular activities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Exposure to business environments through internships, family enterprises, or similar experiences is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned to branches, areas, or regions as needed.
- Committed to building a long-term career in Retail Banking.
- Candidates who demonstrate grit, resilience, drive, strong leadership potential, and established academic, organizational, or community networks will have an added advantage.
