Position: Management Trainee (Full-Time)

Locations:

  • IT Park Campus: Skyrise 4, 7th Floor, Cebu City.
  • Beach Front Campus: Pacific World Tower, The Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City.

Program Overview

This fast-track Management Trainee role is designed to develop high-potential candidates into future supervisors and managers. Over 24 months, you'll potentially rotate through core functions: Operations, Sales & Marketing, Training & Development, Human Resources, and Finance owning projects that drive real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate Across Departments
  • Actively participate in 3 - 4 month assignments within core business units, learning daily operations and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead Strategic Projects
  • Conduct market research, analyze business processes, and propose or implement solutions that contribute to operational efficiency and growth.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on company-wide initiatives, developing the ability to manage interdepartmental relationships and priorities.
  • Present Data-Driven Insights
  • Compile reports and presentations based on project outcomes, using logic and analytics to support recommendations for leadership.
  • Engage in Leadership Development
  • Attend quarterly training sessions focused on communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and performance management.
  • Participate in Coaching and Evaluations
  • Receive regular one-on-one coaching from senior leaders and take part in structured performance reviews to track growth and set actionable goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a business-minded approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, plus cultural sensitivity.
  • Proven adaptability, learning agility, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Salary: 20,000/month starting salary

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM; weekends off
