As a Management Trainee, you will:

• Participate in rotational assignments across Field Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Planning teams.
• Support field engagement activities and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Participate in rotational assignments across Field Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Planning teams.
• Bachelor's or Master'sdegree with graduation within the last two years (with or without prior work experience).
• Willingness to be mobile and temporarilyrelocate locally as business needs require.
• Demonstrated adaptability, analytical thinking, and a strong eagerness to collaborateand learn.
