Description: It is an 18-month program that aims to identify, nurture, and prepare high-potential individuals for leadership roles within the organization!
Duties and Responsibilities: The Management Trainee will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide him/her with a solid foundation in management principles, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications: - Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Business Management and Economics - Open to fresh graduates or with at least one year work experience
Requirements: - Adaptable given a fast-paced work environment - Someone with excellent academic performance
