Role Description The Management Trainee – Mandarin Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig. This role supports daily operations by assisting in coordination between local teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners. The Management Trainee helps gather and analyze operational data, prepares reports, and participates in process improvement initiatives aligned with company goals. Day-to-day tasks include translating and interpreting Mandarin and English communications, supporting meetings and presentations, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role also involves learning core business functions, rotating across key departments, and providing administrative and project support to management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Ability to interpret and translate business documents and conversations accurately and professionally.
- Basic understanding of logistics, operations, or supply chain processes, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pasig and to participate in rotational training across departments.
- Previous internship or work experience in logistics, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
