This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee specialized in Mandarin. The role is based in Pasig and focuses on supporting operational and management functions within the organization. Key responsibilities include assisting in project coordination, interpreting and managing communications in Mandarin and English, analyzing performance data to provide recommendations, participating in management decision-making processes, and contributing to process improvements and business strategies.

• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Educational background in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
