SUMMARY:
As a Management Trainee, you will rotate across multiple departments and gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's end to-end business operations. You will be involved in performance monitoring, business reporting, process improvement initiatives, cross functional coordination, and special projects. Upon successful completion of the program and assessment, qualified trainees will be considered for a permanent management position based on business requirements and individual performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Rotational Business Exposure
• Participate in the 3–6 month rotational program across multiple departments.
• Gain practical knowledge of different business functions, processes, and operational workflows.
• Develop an understanding of the company's end-to-end business operations and how different departments work together.
• Actively participate in departmental activities, meetings, and operational initiatives during each rotation.
2. Business Performance & Reporting
• Monitor and track assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Prepare regular business and performance reports for management review.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
3. Process Improvement
• Identify operational challenges and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, service quality, and overall business performance.
• Participate in process reviews and assist in implementing improvement initiatives.
• Monitor the results and effectiveness of assigned improvement projects.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of operational activities and projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Provide support in resolving operational concerns and ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables.
5. Special Projects
• Support management in the planning and execution of special projects and business initiatives.
• Assist in gathering data, preparing presentations, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring project progress.
• Take ownership of assigned project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
6. Leadership Development
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and leadership potential throughout the program.
• Develop problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and people management skills.
• Learn to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced business environment.
• Accept feedback and continuously improve based on performance assessments.
7. Other Responsibilities
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by management.
• Be willing to support business operations and visit field or operational sites when required.
