Duties and Responsibilities:

The Management Trainee is expected to perform tasks that will be assigned to him/her by the supervisor
according to the division he/she is assigned in.

• Will contribute to the daily operations of the division assigned and work closely with stakeholders to meet goals and targets.
• Research/study needed information related to projects assigned
• Collaborate with supervisor on new ideas, and tools to help improve team performance
• Gain necessary knowledge and skills in preparation to become future leader of the organization
• Adhere to company policies and regulations
• Management Trainees and Cadetships are open for the following divisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Studies, Marketing, Mass Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, or analogous course
• No work exp/ Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
• Must be detail-oriented, and proactive
• Knowledge of current industry trends
