Job Description

Job Role

The Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program designed to develop future leaders in operations and management. The trainee will be exposed to various areas of the company, including production, process improvement, quality, inventory, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

* Undergo comprehensive training in different operational and management functions.

* Assist in monitoring and improving production processes and workflow.

* Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.

* Assist in manpower planning, productivity monitoring, and performance evaluation.

* Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to management.

* Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Work closely with different departments to understand overall business operations.

* Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) or a related field.

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn.

* Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

* Willing to undergo training and be assigned to different departments or areas.

* Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and holidays when required.

* Willing to relocate or be assigned to company facilities as needed.

Advantage / Plus Points

Applicants with the following qualifications will have an advantage:

* Graduated with honors, Latin honors, or as a Cum Laude/Magna Cum Laude/Summa Cum Laude.

* Former or current scholarship recipients/scholars.

* Strong academic performance and consistent academic achievement.

* Leadership experience in school organizations, projects, or extracurricular activities.

* Experience in internships, research, process improvement, or related projects.

* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, GMP, HACCP, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

* Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
