The Officership Training Program (OTP) is BPI's premiere management training program that equips high-potential individuals with management and leadership skills. It provides a deeper understanding of the Bank's products, services, and business operations to fit and transition readily into entry-level management positions.

To be eligible for OTP, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities
- Demonstrated leadership roles within the university or other relevant organizations
- Attained a strong academic track record
- Majoring in Finance, Business, Management, Economics, or other related fields
