Job Description

Job Summary:

The MIS Specialist for Global Delivery Resource Center is responsible for delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and talent market intelligence to support hiring of highly specialized roles such as AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and large-scale data operations teams. This role translates complex recruitment data into actionable insights, enabling faster hiring, better quality of hire, and competitive positioning in the global AI talent market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Analytics

  • Analyze hiring funnel metrics for (e.g., sourcing → screening → technical assessment → offer → hire)
  • Track niche KPIs such as:
  • Technical assessment pass rates (e.g., coding, ML, RLHF tasks)
  • Offer acceptance rates for scarce talent
  • Time-to-fill for critical roles (AI/ML, Data Engineering)
  • Identify bottlenecks in hiring highly specialized talent
  • Provide insights to improve hiring speed without compromising quality

2. Talent Intelligence & Market Research

  • Conduct deep market research especially on AI/ML talent supply (local vs global)
  • Benchmark compensation for roles like:
  • AI/ML Engineers
  • Data Scientists
  • RLHF Specialists / Prompt Engineers
  • Analyze competitor hiring trends (e.g., hiring locations, remote strategies, rate cards)
  • Map talent hotspots (e.g., Philippines, India, Eastern Europe, LATAM)
  • Track emerging skills (e.g., Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback, LLM fine-tuning, data labeling at scale)

3. Advanced Reporting & Dashboarding

  • Build and maintain dashboards for:
  • hiring pipelines
  • Recruiter productivity for niche roles
  • Source effectiveness (GitHub, Kaggle, LinkedIn, niche communities)
  • Automate reports using Power BI / Tableau / Excel / SQL
  • Create executive-level insights for leadership on hiring performance

4. Data Management & Systems Optimization

  • Consolidate data from ATS, coding platforms, assessment tools, and external sources
  • Ensure clean, structured datasets for hiring analytics
  • Improve tracking of technical evaluation stages (e.g., coding tests, ML case studies)
  • Support integration of recruitment systems with analytics tools

5. Strategic Workforce Planning Support

  • Build supply-demand models for AI/Data talent
  • Support decisions on:
  • Build vs buy vs outsource talent strategies
  • Remote vs onsite hiring models
  • Contractor vs FTE mix
  • Provide insights for scaling high-volume data operations teams

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Experience

  • 3–6 years in MIS, data analytics, or reporting
  • At least 2–3 years supporting Recruitment Analytics, ideally for tech, AI, or high-volume ITBPM hiring
  • Exposure to AI/Data roles hiring or market research is highly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel (Power Query, modeling, dashboards)
  • Strong experience with Power BI / Tableau
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and coding assessment tools
  • Understanding of AI/Data roles and hiring workflows (nice to have):
  • ML pipelines
  • Data annotation/labeling workflows
  • LLM-related roles
