Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage MIS reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics across the organization
- Provide accurate, timely, and insightful reports to senior management for decision-making
- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and highlight opportunities for operational and financial improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of MIS/reporting analysts, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting processes and improve data accuracy
- Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1518 years of experience in MIS/reporting, preferably in BPO or service operations
- Strong expertise in BI tools, dashboards, and advanced Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Team leadership experience with focus on accuracy, timeliness, and operational excellence
