Responsible for providing key support functions to the Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer, with a special focus on the assigned Business Units. The role provides support in governance structure and reporting, business strategy management, enterprise risk management, and business process management. The position is also responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the President and Chief Executive Officer.
1. Governance Structure and Reporting - Responsible for supporting the President and Chief Executive Officer in developing, reviewing, and updating the governance structures and charters of all Business Units.
2. Business Strategy Management - Responsible for supporting the President and Chief Executive Officer in managing the business strategy process, including the co-development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic plans for the Company and its Business Units.
3. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) - Responsible for supporting the President and Chief Executive Officer in managing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process, including the co-development and review of the ERM programs of the Company and its Business Units (CORP, EPC, PCS, PH1, PTX, and C2W), as well as preparing and presenting quarterly updates to the Board Risk Oversight Committee (BROC).
4. Business Process Management - Responsible for supporting the President and Chief Executive Officer in developing, managing, reviewing, and continuously improving the business processes of the Company and its Business Units.
5. Managing a High-Performing and Engaged Team - Responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performing and engaged team by providing effective mentoring and coaching to team members, enhancing their competencies, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes engagement, high performance, and the achievement of team objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Professional licensure and/or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Project Management) are preferred.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in business operations.
• At least two (2) years of people management or supervisory experience.
• Willing to work onsite at Rockwell Santolan Town Plaza, San Juan City.
