Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Management Accounting Manager / Head to lead the company's financial planning and management accounting functions for a growing fast food chain. This role is responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis to support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in management accounting, business partnering, and financial planning within the restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare timely management reports, financial dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Monitor business performance, profitability, and key financial metrics.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to support business objectives.
- Evaluate financial feasibility for new store openings, business expansion, and capital investments.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and reporting procedures.
- Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting and planning processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Management Accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Management Accounting, FP&A, or Financial Reporting.
- Experience in Fast Food, Restaurant, Retail, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
